SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Our shipping policy

All complete orders (with all details adequately described, including the car make and year model, leather and thread colors) will be shipped out in the order they were received. Most items ship within 3-5 business days. Steering wheel covers ship within 5-10 business days. Modified steering wheels ship within 8-12 weeks or less. When your order ships, we`ll notify you in a separate email.

 

Our products are manufactured in Poland, that`s in Central Europe. Regular shipping takes place via priority registered mail, which takes 2-8 weeks depending on your location.

 

You will receive a white padded envelope with your products inside. Please note that we send them registered and insured. Your post office will require your release signature, hence if you aren`t home when the mailman arrives, they will you a ticket with information where to pick up your package.

 

The ticket is easy to misplace among all the commercial mail junk that hits our mailboxes on a daily basis, so please be careful before you throw your mail away.

 

We also offer expedited shipping at an extra fee, purchasable during the ordering process, which means yor shipment is delivered via FedEx. This takes 3-6 business days depending on your location.

 

Our returns policy

All our products are custom, hand made to order. If there are any fitment problems with them, we will solve them for you free of charge, by providing installation assistance or a replacement product.

 

Please choose colors carefully. If in doubt, please consult us prior to ordering and consider ordering our samples first. If you are unhappy with the colors you have chosen, please contact us. We guarantee you the right to a one-time replacement of received products with another color scheme. We might ask you to get our samples first, to make sure your second choice is final.

 

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please initiate the procedure by contacting us within 5 days of receiving it. Maximum returns window is 90 days from the date the order was shipped. Returned products must be new and can not be previously installed. We do reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion if a correctly fitting product was shipped but the customer no longer needs/wants it.
