1. How do I sign up? How do I log in? To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate application (honestly, it's just a few fields really!) via our web site. Your application will be approved automatically and you will be recognised as an Affiliate instantaneously. Click here to register as an affiliate or here to log into your affiliate account.
2. Where do I obtain the affiliate materials? Our promotional materials are available after logging in. If you feel there are not enough of them, please let us know and we'll gladly provide more. We will do our best to help you promote your affiliation with us, please email us all your questions and suggestions. ALL emails will be answered in a timely manner.
3. Do you have a tracking system? YES! We will track sales made to customers who purchase products using special links from your site to our site and will make available to you reports summarizing this sales activity. We use UltimateAffiliateManager, a quality software that allows you to monitor the traffic (and sales) your affiliation with us generated each day, and view your earnings online (simply log into your affiliate account to access all this information).
4. May I buy for own use? YES! You may purchase products through the Program for your own use, however we expect you to roll into our affiliate program primarily in order to get us new customers, not just buy with a discount. Being the only person who orders using your affiliate link, eventually may result (at our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees or the termination of the Affiliate Agreement.
5. What's your return-day policy? VERY GENEROUS! For a product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must follow a special link from your site to our site. Upon entering our site from yours via a special link, a cookie is stored in the customer's computer, therefore each ensuing sale made from that user account on that computer will result in adequate referral fee being accrued to your account for a period of 5 years pursuant to the date of the initial entry through the special link.
6. What is your Referral Fee schedule? The current referral fee schedule is: - 10% of qualifying revenues from the sale of product that is listed on our site or - 5.2% of qualifying revenues from the sale of product that is listed on our site plus 5% discount, deducted automatically upon entering our ordering page, from the customer's product price.
The second option is VERY INTERESTING: it allows you to give added value to your visitors ("Hey, look at how useful my site is, just visit us to get 5% off at RedlineGoods!"). Please note, that your 5% commision is calculated BEFORE the discount we will give your visitors (equivalent to 5.2% after such discount). 7. When do you pay the referral fees? We will pay your referral fees on a monthly basis. However, if the referral fees payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than $25.00, we will hold those referral fees until the total amount due is at least $25.00.
8. How do you pay the referral fees? The answer to this is simple: PayPal payments ONLY.
9. How do you communicate with affiliates? We have an email address dedicated to affiliates at affiliate@redlinegoods.com - and we solemnly pledge to answer it in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours, most likely quite a bit sooner than that. 10. Where can I use your affiliate links, graphics, banners etc.? EVERYWHERE. We basically just want you to use good taste, reason and truth in your Affiliate materials. There are provisions in the affiliate agreement against misuse, abuse and misrepresentation of our company, product offering, shipping times, and the like, but it really boils down to this: use our materials reasonably and truthfully and use our guidance when in doubt - and we'll all be happy with our mutual endeavor.
